RUTH KOOPS VAN ‘T JAGT
I’m a researcher and storyteller who loves to dive into research questions that embrace the complexity of life. I believe in integrating wonder, imagination, play and science and I always apply multiple methods for sense-making and navigating in complex systems.
I am a lateral thinker by heart, and I’ve co-created numerous programs, interventions and experiences that all aim to combine analytical and scientific perspectives with experiential engagement and the magic of the arts.
I love to search for the soul in data collections, by finding patterns and translating those patterns into meaningful stories, conceptual models and activating tools or programs. Being an enthusiastic amateur CrossFitter with a sensitive and sometimes overactive mind, I came to appreciate the value of stepping back and creating time and space for silence and reflection. Not only in daily life, but also in work, building space helps to become aware of underlying assumptions, blind spots and pitfalls. Moreover, for meaningful connections and true curiosity, creating space is indispensable.
I am also a writer and ceremonial speaker, writing and telling poems and stories for meaningful moments in peoples lives.
